I was informed by Punki today that comments weren’t working on this blog. And sure enough–they weren’t! Very strange considering I touched nothing with this WordPress since before I last updated in December.

Yet it managed to somehow barf itself up one way or another. I thought maybe I messed up the theme files (since I use my own custom php there), but nope, when I changed themes it was still broken.

And I tried updating the install to see if that would magically fix it, but it didn’t.

So after a few more unsuccessful attempts, I just said screw it, I’ll delete it all and re-install. I didn’t have many posts here, so it doesn’t matter anyway. This is mostly just news too. If it were my personal blog that got fucked, or the Hangout’s, I’d be more annoyed. Although, all that is backed up too.

So all and all it’s not that big a deal.

Um, so if you missed the last post, SIM DOWNLOADS!?

    Haha, when I first saw the “Forbidden” 403 page right after doing my hourly check of this site, I spazzed and went:

    “OMG WOT DID I DO WRONG, IS ME BANNED *throws a fit of seizures*”

    and then figured you might be fixing it. Such a quick fix though, when I refreshed 5 minutes later, tah-dah, site is open. ^.^

    Anyway, yay Sims Downloads! I never got to downloading your characters for my game before, and when I finally got my mind up to do it, the Sims Downloads was down. So glad it’s back up!

    Haha! Yeah, I took it down for a sec, because otherwise the site was going to give database errors. But yay for one-click installs only taking two seconds!

    …And then I forgot to un-check the “user must have previously approved comment” box, so yours was under moderation. >.<

    If you and Jill and have children, you must post pictures. ^___^

    Weeeeeeeeeee!!! When I tried to comment on the last one and it didnt work, I thought it was my fucked up internet. Butttt I downloaded all of my favorites, including lucas, clarissa, Nik, jill, sim jaclyn (weee!!!), kirsten, and othere fun ones. Clarissa has the cutest facial structure I’ve EVER SEEN. !!!!!! so unique!!!

    And yes punki and jill spawn would be loverly!! x]

    Hey, you have no idea who I am but I was the one that mentioned you on my Sim Blog like…forever ago and you were flattered. Well, I’m a huge fan, and I’d like to say that your links to other sites with costom content isn’t working. It shows a few but not as much as it used to. And I really like some of the sites. But I can’t remember the names. It’d be nice if that was fixed. Or you can just put the names on here and we can find the links. That’d be great!

    Hi Jamie! Are you referring to http://jaclynt.com/links/ ?

    I have the page set up now so that it uses the del.icio.us system. Because I have too many custom content sites that I frequent now, I find the del.icio.us system much easier to use. So on my links page on this site, I list only the most recent updates to my del.icio.us page. At the bottom, there is a link to where you can see the rest, which is: http://del.icio.us/jbt1734

    If this isn’t what you’re referring to, then you’ll have to be more specific, because I don’t have a clue. ^^
